Tulga Kalayci, MD, PhD
Co-Founder & CTO
Tulga is a technology leader who bridges the gap between deep scientific research and scalable enterprise architecture. With a dual background as a Doctor of Medicine (MD) and a PhD in Biophysics, he has spent over three decades evolving from a research scientist into a high-impact CTO.
Scientific Foundations: Previously a Research Associate at the University of Miami, Tulga developed custom scientific software for the implementation of artificial neural networks and digital signal analysis of brain waves.
Executive Leadership: Progressed through the private sector from software developer to CTO, leading cross-functional teams to deliver real-time control solutions and large-scale social networking platforms with millions of annual transactions.
Strategic Impact: At Interflow-AI, he focuses on solution architecture for rapid delivery, emphasizing measurable outcomes such as faster time-to-market and high-reliability systems.
Oguz Algan, MD, PhD
Co-Founder & CIO
Oguz brings a rigorous, analytical approach to complex technical and operational challenges. Holding an MD and a PhD in Neuroscience, he completed postdoctoral training at Yale University, specializing in computer-assisted image processing and the neurobiology of complex systems.
Infrastructure Excellence: A veteran IT Director and Operations Manager, Oguz specializes in building secure, scalable environments and streamlining operations through high-level automation.
Industrial Automation: He has spearheaded mission-critical interface projects for global leaders including Honeywell, Siemens, and SAP, connecting field-level automation with enterprise ERP systems.
Award-Winning Innovation: A Microsoft Fusion Award winner, Oguz has a proven track record of developing one-of-a-kind special-purpose programming for ERP and industrial applications.
